PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Career Hub was designed for Philip Morris International (PMI) as an internal career development platform, a departure from the usual focus on attracting new hires. The project aimed to empower PMI employees to explore, plan, and grow their careers within the organisation. By organising content into clear, actionable sections, the Career Hub became a pivotal resource for employee engagement and development.

PROJECT SCOPE

The Career Hub content was structured into three key areas:

  1. Where Am I Now: Tools and resources for employees to assess their current skills and career standing.

  2. Where Do I Want to Be: Guidance on setting career goals and identifying opportunities within PMI.

  3. How Do I Get There: Practical steps and resources, including training, mentorship, and actionable career plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Design: Developed an intuitive, visually engaging platform structure to enhance user experience.

  • Content Creation: Oversaw the production of diverse materials, including:

    • On-site filming for employee stories and testimonials.

    • Video animations to explain processes and inspire engagement.

    • Toolkits and career cards to provide actionable career planning resources.

  • Collaboration: Worked closely with PMI stakeholders, internal teams, and external collaborators to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

  • Internal Supporting Sites: Extended the platform with supplementary resources to enhance functionality and user engagement.
